Hi Benjamin, I bought one of your home systems a month or so ago and have been using it pretty steady, I love the workout and have been tryin to do it every day... ok now the question, is that too much? I'm not lookin' for great big muscles just in shpe muscles and losin all the fat...lean... you know where I'm goin here, I have lost somewhere around 12 lbs and clothes fit better... dunlap desease has gone away somewhat, but I am also eatin' tons of veggies and damn I feel quilty when I eat red meat... sometimes I crave mexican food... I would settle for pollo... but lotsa salt and fat in that stuff, hmmmm... this is gettin confusin'.

How often should I work out with this system, can I increase to twice a day or decrease to once every two days?

2. nutritional counseling, have you ever had it done, it was in the same issue of outside as was the article that got me hooked on this system... know anything about it?

3. ok i'm 52... but I'm headin for the grave kickin' and screamin', and will hopefully slide in sidways @ 120mph... yeah i ain't gonna give up...

4. I would recommen your system to anyone, its fun fast... a great workout...

5. alternative to the supine pull through... its just too hard on my right wrist...
