Train 1 on1 with your own personal Fitness and Conditioning Coach. This program is designed to meet your own individual needs, personal and physical goals. Each session is 1 hour and will include integrated strength training, balance, core strength and stability, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility and more. Reach your true physical or athletic potential with one of The Balance Workout's elite coaches. All participants must book a Fitness consultation prior to beginning 1 on 1 program.
