Balance Boot Camp offers innovative, fun and results-oriented outdoor fitness programs. Using top of the line equipment and nature as our playground, this
whole body conditioning program provides fundamental fitness
techniques with cutting edge information and offers a holistic
approach to wellbeing. Our contemporary approach to fitness allows
you to live life in balance as you gain fresh new perspective from
the outdoors.

Balance Boot Camp sessions are offered year round and are divided up into 4- week sessions that meet 3 days a week. New participants receive a health consultation at the start of the session to assess health and fitness levels and evaluate goals.
Each session is packed with challenging, innovative, and fun exercises to help you tone and strengthen your body, and increase cardio fitness. |  |
